Professor Dr. Wang Xianlin is Excecutive Dean of KoGuan Law School and director of CCLP. As a renowned competition-law expert,he was an advisor for the Drafting Committee of Chinese Antimonopoly Law and a member of Consultant Committee for WTO Trade and Competition Policy of Ministry of Commerce. Since 2000, he has acted as the principal investigators for more than 10 national and provincial research projects, including projects funded by National Social Science Planning Fund, the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Soft Science, and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He has received several important academic awards for his outstanding achievements in teaching and research. He was nominated twice as the "National Outstanding Young and Middle-Aged Jurist", respectively in 2002 and 2010. In 2004, he was awarded the title of "National Model Teacher" by the Ministry of Education. In 2009, he won the title of "Shanghai Outstanding Young and Middle-Aged Jurist".

 

Professor Wang has authored and co-authored 29 books, has published more than 200 articles. His recent work includes Competition Law (Renmin University Press, 2009);Research on Hot Issues of Enforcement of China’s Anti-Monopoly Law (Law Press, 2011);Intellectual Property and Anti-Monopoly Law: abusing intellectual property rights from the perspective of competition law (Law Press, 2008, second edition);“Coordination between Competition and Regulation in the Implementing Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law”, 9Legal Science 2010 (with Guofeng Ding);and “IPR-related Problems with Competition Law”,4 China Legal Science 2009.
