Dr. LI is an assistant professor in KoGuan Law School and specializes in Tax Law and Civil and Commercial Law. He is also director of the research office of fiscal and tax law of Hong Kong and Taiwan in Peking University Fiscal Law Research Center. He has co-edited one textbook Tax Law Study and published several articles. He has participated in some Humanities and Social Science Education Key Project for Ministry of Education. He teaches Economic Law, Corporate Law, Company Law, Tax Law, the Consumer Protection Law and Real Estate Law.
