Recently the CCLP signed an agreement with Wolters Kluwer to launch a database about Chinese Anti-monopoly Cases. This database will cover all the cases reviewed by Mofcom, SAIC, NDRC and Chinese courts starting from August 2008. The language will be in English. It will be the first database in this domain, and will service a portal for the international world to know better the enforcement of China's Anti-monopoly Law.
