Professor Dr. XU Doqi is Associate Director of Economic Law Sector at KoGuan Law School. She specializes in Tax Law, Financial Law, Bank Law, and Economic Law.Before Joining KoGuan, she was assistant professor at Zhongnan University of Finance and Law from 2000-2003.She was a Hauser Global research Fellow at New York University for the 2008-2009 academic year.Professor XU is a member of Department of Economic Law, Department of Financial Law and Department of Bank Law at the China Law Society, and general secretary of Department of Financial Law at the Shanghai Law Society. She is a member of the editorial board of SJTU Law Review. Professor Xu has won quite a few academic awards. Among those, most important include three times Best Financial Law Paper by Young Scholars awarded by National Financial Law Forum (from2009 to 2011).
