Prof. LI Jian is executive director of CCLP and Executive Chief Editor of Review of Competition Law and Policy. His current research mainly focuses oneconomic analysis of competition law.Before joining CCLP, Professor LI was assistant professorin Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and ever conducted post-doctoral research at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is a member of the Asia Competition Forum, an affiliated researcher at the Competition Law Center of Easter China University of Political Science and Law, a member of Department of Economic Law at the China Law Society, and vice general secretary of Shanghai Economic Law Society. He is a member of the board of editors ofOriental Law. Professor LI has won multiple academic awards, such as the Best Article by Young Scholars from China Law Society (first prize, 2010) and Best Law Textbook and Research from Ministry of Justice (2009). 

 

Professor LI has published more than thirty articles in top academic journals in China, such as Modern Law Science, Studies in Law and Business and Peking University Law Review. Most of them were reproduced by core citation index journals.
