Prof. Hou is Deputy Director of the Center for Competition Law and Policy, Executive Director of the Center for European Law, and “KoGuan Youth Legal Scholar” at KoGuan Law School, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His current research interest focuses primarily on competition and regulation relating to the telecommunications sector. Before joining CCLP, he was a legal researcher at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Law and ICT at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) from 2007 to 2011. He is an individual member of the Pacific Telecommunications Council, and a member of the editorial board ofJournal of Civil & Legal Science.Professor HOU was was a nominee of “Concurrence Thesis Award 2012” by the Institute of Competition Law, anda recipient of the 2009 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-Financed Students Abroad.His SSRN page is available at http://ssrn.com/author=455611.
