Profile
Félix is currently teaching HK company law. His research looks at problems of competition law in oligopolistic markets and he has published several articles on the topic. Before joining us Félix held research positions at the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland and the Centre for Competition Policy (UK) investigating issues of competition and consumer policy, and socio-legal topics in the health sector. He has also acted as policy advisor for the World Bank in Washington DC in the areas of property rights, access to credit for housing, and microfinance.
